SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At Royal Mane, we like to keep shipping simple for our customers - Its free!

All orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail and should arrive within 1-3 days from the time of shipping.   Our goal is to ship all orders received by 2pm the same day, except on Sundays. 

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange or FULL refund, whichever you prefer!   Refunds and exchanges just need to be made within 14 days of original purchase and must meet the reasonable standards below:

1. Extensions must be in original packaging with the ties at the top of the extensions intact.  

​

2. Extensions must be in original condition.  

​

If the extensions are not in original packaging or in their original condition, we unfortunately would not be able to exchange or refund but would still be happy to return the extensions to you at our expense.

HOW TO EXCHANGE / RETURN FOR REFUND


1. Send us a message by visiting https://www.royalmane.com/contact

and use   "Refund/Exchange " as the subject line.  Be sure to include your name and order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

2. Please watch for a reply from us as we might need additional information.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR SHIPPING  

​

1. Please include the paper invoice included with your order 

​

2. Please return in same shipping package it came in or use a padded envelope to protect the hair.  As a gentle reminder, we will not be able to restock opened or damaged hair.

​

3. Mail package to us from your local USPS.

 

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

​

1. You will receive an email from us letting you know that the shipment has been received.

​

2. As soon as we can confirm that the hair is in its original condition and able to be restocked we will refund the full amount or exchange and ship the new extensions, depending on your preference.   If the exchange is for extensions of lesser value we will credit your card the difference.   If you are exchanging for extensions of greater value than the one you returned, we will arrange with you to pay the balance prior to shipment.
